• Located between the shores of Lake Techirghiol, famous for its mud with therapeutic properties, and the new extended beach of Eforie Sud, Villa Jovis Domus offers you the perfect balance between the hospitality of a family business, modern comfort and easy access to the two main attractions of the resort.• In the morning, from the cliff, you can admire the sunrise from the sea, and in the evening, from the terrace of the villa or from the balcony of your room, you can relax by enjoying a glass of cold wine in the warm light of sunset over Lake Techirghiol. • Villa Jovis Domus is a new construction.The ground floor was inaugurated in 2023, and the 1st floor and the panoramic terrace on the 2nd floor were completed in 2025. The terrace offers a spectacular view of Lake Techirghiol, and the sunsets are truly memorable.• The villa is located in a quiet area with easy access both to the beach (500 m, about 7-10 minutes walk) and to Baile Reci (400 m, about 8 minutes walk). Eforie Sud Train Station is only 300 m away. Despite the proximity to the train station, the rooms benefit from excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay.• All rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. Each room has its own bathroom and a generous balcony or terrace. We provide 7 rooms, as follows: o two King rooms (bed 160 × 200 cm), with front view to Techirghiol Lake (first floor); o a Twin room (two 90 × 200 cm beds), with front view to Techirghiol Lake (first floor);o three King rooms (bed 160 × 200 cm), overlooking the garden and partly Lake Techirghiol (ground floor); o a Family room (bed 180 × 200 cm and ottoman 75 × 200 cm), overlooking the garden and partly Lake Techirghiol (ground floor). • All rooms are equipped with: a private bathroom with shower; o air conditioning; a refrigerator with freezer compartment; o Smart TV; o Free wifi;a balcony or terrace with table and chairs; a tumble dryer. • Children are welcome in the ground floor rooms. In the three King rooms, an extra bed for children can be provided for a fee. The Family Room can comfortably accommodate two adults and two children. • Parking is free and is done on the public domain, in front of the property.• On the 2nd floor there is a panoramic terrace overlooking Lake Techirghiol, the ideal place to admire a spectacular sunset. • The courtyard of the villa is furnished with a flower and herb garden, a seating area with hammocks and sun loungers, as well as an outdoor shower with warm water, perfect after a swim in the sea or lake. • Rates are valid for a minimum stay of 3 nights.To confirm the reservation, an advance of one third of the value of the stay is paid. In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit is not refundable. • Negotiable discounts are granted for stays longer than 10 nights. • We also accept payment with holiday vouchers. • Pets are not allowed.• The balcony for each room has an area of about 5 m² and is equipped with a table, chairs and a tumble dryer. • Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or terrace of the room.
