2. Reporting Discrepancies
If, as a tourist, you find on the spot that the accommodation does not correspond to the pictures or information presented on the site (including the lack of facilities or the displayed rating), you have the right and we kindly ask you to contact us via the Contact Form.
3. Evidence and Delisting
When submitting a complaint, please attach or provide links with evidence (clear pictures, video) taken on the spot demonstrating the discrepancies. Our team will analyze the submitted evidence, and if it is confirmed that the information is false or misleading, the accommodation will be automatically delisted from the platform. It will remain hidden until the owner updates the information and pictures to reflect reality.
