Arta Chalet is a family-run property with five chalets on a hill above the Dealu Mare wine region, in the village of Malu Roșu — one hour from Bucharest on A3. Two A-Frame chalets (113 sqm, three bedrooms, two terraces, up to six people), two barnhouse chalets (up to three people each) and a studio at the highest point of the property, for two people.Each stay includes a welcome basket with valley wine, fresh bread, and Mikaffa specialty coffee. The terrace offers a spectacular view of Lake Techirghiol, and the sunsets are truly memorable.• The villa is located in a quiet area with easy access both to the beach (500 m, about 7-10 minutes walk) and to Baile Reci (400 m, about 8 minutes walk). Eforie Sud Train Station is only 300 m away. Despite the proximity to the train station, the rooms benefit from excellent sound insulation, ensuring a quiet and comfortable stay.• All rooms are spacious and modernly furnished. Each room has its own bathroom and a generous balcony or terrace.
