The terrace offers a spectacular view of Lake Techirghiol, and the sunsets are truly memorable.• The villa is located in a quiet area with easy access both to the beach (500 m, about 7-10 minutes walk) and to Baile Reci (400 m, about 8 minutes walk). Eforie Sud Train Station is only 300 m away.
